Do you want to deepen your understanding of what it is to be a migrant growing up in New Zealand?
The theme of this course is ‘My Culture Defines Me’. In this course you will explore and develop your understanding of English language skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking using the idea of your culture and its special traditions. We will discuss and identify aspects around what culture means to you, the differences and similarities of your culture to that of the Maori people and ways in which your own culture is recognised and celebrated in another country such as Aotearoa, New Zealand.
