Food for thought - plan, prepare and analyse. Wanting to learn and understand more about benefits and limitations of a range of sustainable food related practices You will learn and analyse about food selection, purchase, preparation, preservation and wastage. In this course you will develop the skills, attitudes and understanding necessary when making decisions related to sustainability for households and communities. Overall, you will investigate and practise a wide range of preparation and cooking skills for sustainable practices.
