Horizon - Form Follows Function
Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Mr C. Malcolm.
Are you thinking of pursuing a career in the design or architectural fields? This course will help you to further develop your skills in designing and presenting objects and spaces. We will use both freehand and computer techniques to design, improve, critique and present your ideas. You will need to push your creative skills to produce designs that are unique and extend the boundaries of what is possible in product and architectural design.
As we critique existing designs you will become more aware of the decisions and compromises that are made by designers as you become a more discerning consumer. Through the process you will increase your technical knowledge and proficiency in visual communication techniques to be able to express your ideas visually.
